DESCRIPTION:In this webinar hosted by USAging’s Aging and Disability Business Institute\, speakers will share the findings of a new report about contracting experiences and the ways that contracting affects organizational operations\, staffing and culture. The report is based on interviews with 13 individuals representing 10 Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs)\, who also shared lessons learned and advice for contracting.
