Governance models provide a framework for how organizations operate, make and implement decisions and ensure accountability. Good governance is especially important for community care hubs (CCHs) that engage and add value to their network members and other stakeholders.  Developed with the Partnership to Align Social Care and the Camden Coalition, this toolkit provides resource guides, templates and examples to help CCH leaders consider their approaches to building out governance models for their hub, learn about, develop and charter effective governance committees and bylaws.
